I’ll be honest, I hold great respect for all of the original actors from Star Trek. None more so than William “Yoghurty” Shatner. To me, this man is a god…..or at least a knight. Either way, following the upsetting “reasons” behind not having Kirk return in the upcoming Star Trek movie, it seems Shatner (never the man to keep quiet) has spoken out about it. Watch this video as the man himself (thanks to the Shatner Project) responds to J.J. Abrams comments about the movie. Listen to the way that Shatner expertly says (I’m paraphrasing here): I’m really pissed about not being in this new movie. I’ll take anything on (even yoghurty Bran Flakes) and surely there is still some hope for me to be in this movie….please.

Hilarious. This man deserves an oscar for not flying off the handle. Give the man a voiceover at least Mr Abrams. Do that for the fans.
