Solomon Kane poster – looking less like Van Helsing now
Only a short time ago I reported that the posters for Solomon Kane (starring James Purefoy) were looking a little too much like Van Helsing’s promotional material.
Ater a right good telling off from you patient readers it seems that it Van Helsing’s constume design was in fact based on Solomon Kane’s. Personally, I don’t give a flying monkey. What I do care about is looking at a poster that is in no way unique. I don’t care who copied who. I just don’t want to see it for a second time!
Anyway, with that out of the way we can concentrate on something a little more revealing. This latest poster has moved away from the Helsing clone and stood out by itself. Suddenly it is looking like a great deal more interesting and its own film. It is amazing how much difference a poster can make. Good job.
