Conflicting news regarding the Mummy and Dark Knight

Submitted by on August 13, 2008 – 1:52 pmNo Comment

Don't you just love statistics? According to Digital Spy the Mummy has "toppled" The Dark Knight at the Box Office bringing in £4,434,650 against Dark Knight's £4,090,024. This would be fine and dandy until you head on over to ENI News. They are reporting the exact opposite. There report states that:

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor has taken approx: £2.8 million and the Dark Knight has taken £4 million in the "same time frame".

How are we supposed to trust our news sources when they disagree on something that should be clear-cut fact. Sort it out you two. Could someone please give us the true for these two movies and then perhaps I will report it.
